Kislay Jha is an Advocate practising primarily before the Patna High Court and the District Courts at Patna, with experience in criminal, civil, commercial, service and constitutional litigation. He also has prior experience of practising before the Supreme Court of India.

He commenced his legal practice with exposure to proceedings before the Supreme Court of India from 2022 to 2023, gaining experience in matters involving diverse questions of law and litigation across different areas. Since 2023, he has been primarily practising before the Patna High Court and the District Courts at Patna.

His practice encompasses representation and litigation in criminal, civil and commercial disputes, service matters and constitutional proceedings. He regularly undertakes drafting, legal research, preparation of pleadings and submissions, and court appearances before the Patna High Court and the District Courts at Patna.

His experience across the Supreme Court, High Court and subordinate courts enables him to handle matters at different stages of litigation, from preparation and institution of proceedings through arguments and adjudication.
