Ishaan Raj is an Advocate whose practice focuses on dispute resolution, commercial and civil litigation, criminal litigation, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate advisory, white-collar crime, consumer and real estate disputes, and regulatory litigation. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Patna High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), the National Green Tribunal (NGT), arbitral tribunals and District Courts across Delhi and Bihar. 

He advises and represents public sector undertakings, government bodies, corporate entities, developers and private clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and advisory matters. His experience includes commercial and civil disputes, commercial recovery suits, arbitration, insolvency proceedings, customs and regulatory matters, consumer and real estate disputes, as well as criminal litigation, including bail, appellate and quashing proceedings.
